Responsibilities
- Build and engage a team of exceptional Enterprise Account Executives
- Instill sound pipeline generation practices on a weekly basis
- Accurately forecast and deliver on monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day AE activity while managing performance goals
- Provide thoughtful feedback and develop team members
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a direct sales leader or manager
- 3+ years as an Enterprise Account Executive individual contributor
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Skilled in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Proficiency with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger
- Experience using Salesforce for forecasting
- Experience hiring and training talent at scale
- Ability to function in a "Player/Coach" capacity
- Bachelor's degree preferred
