Responsibilities

  • Build and engage a team of exceptional Enterprise Account Executives
  • Instill sound pipeline generation practices on a weekly basis
  • Accurately forecast and deliver on monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Oversee day-to-day AE activity while managing performance goals
  • Provide thoughtful feedback and develop team members

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a direct sales leader or manager
  • 3+ years as an Enterprise Account Executive individual contributor
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Skilled in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger
  • Experience using Salesforce for forecasting
  • Experience hiring and training talent at scale
  • Ability to function in a "Player/Coach" capacity
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
