About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Enterprise Sales Executives responsible for new and expansion bookings
- Achieve annual Enterprise bookings quotas with monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and manage Sales Executives on productivity metrics including deal size, win rate, and forecast accuracy
- Coach Sales Executives through building executive relationships and navigating complex Enterprise deals and negotiations
- Shape the direction of the go-to-market strategy and execution for the Saudi Arabian region
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, and Success teams to build targeted messaging and customer journeys
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and support direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings
Requirements
- Experience managing a high-performing Enterprise Sales team for a B2B technology company
- 5+ years of Enterprise sales experience working with Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, legal, and procurement
- Experience selling to C-level executives within the IT space
- Experience setting quotas and managing people against performance targets
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites within the region as required
