About the role
Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, develop, and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Drive a high-accountability culture through coaching and disciplined processes
- Champion sales rigor using Command of the Message and MEDDPICC methodologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
- Build and execute an effective Enterprise GTM motion with ecosystem partners
- Ensure excellence in complex multi-stakeholder deal execution
- Drive AE ownership of pipeline generation and BDR collaboration
- Forecast accurately to the executive leadership team
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing senior AEs
- Experience selling technical solutions to large, complex enterprises
- History of overachievement in revenue targets
- Ability to lead and motivate teams through growth and change
- Experience with land and expand sales motions
- Ability to build and champion an outbound selling culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a consumption-based business model
- Ability to leverage AI to drive robust sales motions
