Regional Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical, operations and administration requirements are being met
• Ensure teams provide comprehensive and timely intake assessments and access to a continuum of care
• Coordinate case management services including income, insurance, and medical/psychiatric appointment scheduling
• Ensure services are culturally competent, strengths-based, recovery-oriented, and person-centered
• Oversee the timely completion of Treatment Plans and ensure interventions are clinically based and goal-oriented
• Manage crisis management and risk protocols, ensuring timely reporting to the risk management team
• Assess staff training needs and collaborate with supervisors to provide guidance and development

Requirements

• Master's degree and Clinical Licensure (LICSW or LMHC)
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
