Regional Director, AI Deployment

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a team of AI Deployment Managers, including onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• Own post-sale account planning, accountability for account health, usage, risk mitigation, and expansion pipeline generation
• Act as an escalation point for complex deployments and high-stakes enterprise accounts
• Build lightweight, scalable processes to codify successful deployment outcomes
• Guide best practices around rollout strategy, prompt design, and context configuration
• Partner with Sales and Field Engineering to deliver a seamless post-sale experience
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams in TAM, Solutions, or Deployment roles
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering org structures
• Knowledge of AI-enabled developer tooling
• Proven track record of driving adoption and influencing expansion through customer outcomes
• Executive presence with ability to communicate with VP and CTO-level stakeholders
• High-agency, scrappy operator comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
