Responsibilities
- Define and monitor commercial and operational objectives for the West region
- Deploy regional commercial strategy and ensure business growth
- Identify market opportunities and develop the client portfolio
- Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Guarantee structure profitability and manage the budget
- Oversee team performance, including recruitment, training, and development
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Supervise administrative and HR procedures
- Represent the company to local authorities, institutions, and partners
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage a profit center
- Experience in business development
