Responsibilities

• Define and monitor commercial and operational objectives for the West region
• Deploy regional commercial strategy and ensure business growth
• Identify market opportunities and develop the client portfolio
• Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Guarantee structure profitability and manage the budget
• Oversee team performance, including recruitment, training, and development
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Supervise administrative and HR procedures
• Represent the company to local authorities, institutions, and partners

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage a profit center
• Experience in business development
• Sensitivity to patient care and needs
• Strong leadership skills to unite teams around company strategy
• Highly organized, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive
