About the role
Responsibilities
- Set the regional strategy for member engagement and growth in the New York region
- Manage the onboarding process for new members to ensure community integration
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with members to track progress and success
- Connect members with products such as investing groups, events, and curated introductions
- Act as a conduit between members and the investment team regarding deal flow
- Drive network growth through a referral-only sales process
- Plan and execute local events, including identifying themes and hosting curated meals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in account management or sales, preferably in finance or investment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events
