Regional Director

Responsibilities

• Set regional strategy for member engagement and growth
• Manage onboarding and conduct quarterly check-ins with members
• Connect members with investment groups, events, and curated introductions
• Act as a conduit between members and the investment team
• Drive network growth through a high-touch referral and sales process
• Plan and execute local community-building events and curated meals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales
• Experience in the financial or investment industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events
