Regional Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to public officials and key decision-makers at local and county government levels.
• Foster ongoing relationships with community offices, civic organizations, and Chambers of Commerce to strengthen brand presence.
• Identify and coordinate participation in community events, sponsorships, and summits to drive brand awareness.
• Plan and execute market-specific activations, such as groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and celebrations in new fiber territories.
• Collaborate with project development, construction, and sales teams to ensure successful market entries and interdepartmental alignment.
• Deliver professional presentations to city councils, public meetings, and community leaders.
• Maintain relationships with local media and provide on-the-ground market feedback and content.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in growth-oriented roles such as marketing strategy, business development, or partnerships.
• Proven experience working within high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with HubSpot (CRM), Microsoft Teams, and Google Apps.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work outside of normal business hours as required by community events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience within the telecommunications industry.
