Regional Design Department Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Design Department to drive academic excellence and strengthen the positioning of the School of Architecture, Art, and Design.
• Design and deliver rigorous learning experiences aligned with international academic standards.
• Manage and develop academic talent, fostering a culture of innovation and critical thinking.
• Strengthen and update the Design program to ensure academic differentiation.
• Generate institutional impact through relevant research, academic production, and industry liaison projects.
• Collaborate strategically with the academic body to consolidate the school's institutional standing.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in teaching or academic management.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing people.
• Recognized professional experience in the fields of design and innovation.
• Experience developing liaison projects with companies, organizations, or external stakeholders.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher (oral and written).
