About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the transition to secondary sales based billing processes
- Monitor monthly orders and dispatches to ensure strict adherence to timelines
- Oversee key account management by segmenting customers and establishing periodic engagement programs
- Devise and track service level metrics from CFAs to Distributors
- Analyze retail coverage and provide recommendations for new distributor appointments
- Summarize customer-based trends into meaningful insights to suggest operational adjustments
- Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvements within the supply chain model
- Socialize best practices across the Customer Service team
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or above
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Sales or Distribution

- Strong, effective, and firm communication skills
