Regional Credit Controller

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support monthly, quarterly, and annual credit closing across the META region
• Collect, validate, and control credit KPIs including DSO, overdue, and provisions
• Monitor cash flow performance and FX exposure across all entities
• Prepare and maintain regional credit dashboards and reports
• Ensure entity compliance with company credit policies and procedures
• Monitor customer credit limits, blocked accounts, and approved exceptions
• Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to assess customer creditworthiness
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary credit documentation

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in credit control management
• Strong understanding of credit KPIs and receivables management
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or an equivalent field
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a regional matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French is a strong plus
