Regional Coordinator Sales Enablement

Responsibilities

• Drive and deploy effective sales processes, practices, and tools across the ASPAC region
• Oversee and administer the Salesforce CRM system, managing related objectives and activities
• Create, coordinate, and maintain comprehensive sales training programs, including new hire onboarding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and sales readiness
• Partner with the Marketing Department to develop customer-facing content and case studies
• Act as the sales department representative for internal business intelligence functions
• Manage sales enablement projects focusing on planning, communication, and process optimization

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a comparable sales enablement or coordination role
• High proficiency in Salesforce CRM
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Strong process-oriented thinking and technical proficiency
