About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support a senior leader in executing strategic priorities and managing business operations
  • Gather and integrate information to promote effective and profitable business operations
  • Provide strategic counsel and coordinate logistics for community and industry events
  • Develop and execute communication plans to influence behavior and provide tailored messaging
  • Analyze data and financial results to provide insights, recommendations, and regular reporting
  • Manage unit operating expenses and coordinate budgets to track results against forecasts
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a primary point of contact for service and customer complaint escalations

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • In-depth verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in technical tools and data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders
