About the role
Responsibilities
- Support a senior leader in executing strategic priorities and managing business operations
- Gather and integrate information to promote effective and profitable business operations
- Provide strategic counsel and coordinate logistics for community and industry events
- Develop and execute communication plans to influence behavior and provide tailored messaging
- Analyze data and financial results to provide insights, recommendations, and regular reporting
- Manage unit operating expenses and coordinate budgets to track results against forecasts
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a primary point of contact for service and customer complaint escalations
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in technical tools and data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders
