Regional Continuous Improvement Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the region to deliver cost reductions and enhance productivity.
• Support operational teams in Apodaca, Reynosa, and Querétaro by troubleshooting process bottlenecks and implementing hands-on improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational management practices with regional business goals.
• Use SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office to analyze operational data, track KPIs, and implement shop-floor improvements.
• Coach and mentor local team members to enhance manufacturing innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement and operational leadership (Production or Operations Management).
• Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing with a strong hands-on approach.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 weeks per month to support regional sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Formal training and certification in Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Shainin or other advanced problem-solving methodologies.
