Regional Construction Site Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee site access control and badging
• Manage perimeter security and risk mitigation
• Plan, coordinate, and report on security systems
• Ensure vendor and contractor security compliance
• Manage incident response and escalation support
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and supply chains
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards
• Forecast and update project milestones and budgets
• Provide technical support to owners and general contractors
• Manage project information flow and stakeholder communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Experience with construction project management tools
