Regional Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain East Coast SOPs covering METRC operations, receiving, intake, transfers, storage, and driver conduct
• Translate policy memos into specific SOP updates and training
• Own day-to-day METRC operations and lead regional integration work with Engineering
• Oversee package reconciliation, manifest creation, and error remediation
• Apply state distributor regulations to live operational decisions
• Hire, onboard, and develop the East Coast Compliance Analyst team
• Lead inspection response and conduct quarterly internal compliance audits
• Partner with Operations, Brand Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of compliance experience in a licensed cannabis operation
• Deep, hands-on METRC proficiency
• Working knowledge of New York OCM distributor regulations
• Experience authoring SOPs and managing regulatory inspections
• People management experience hiring and coaching teams
• Ability to travel regularly to East Coast facilities
• Must pass state-mandated background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state and distributor experience
• Familiarity with New Jersey regulations
• Background in regulatory affairs, QA, GMP, or supply chain compliance in pharma, CPG, or agriculture

• Base Salary starting at 75,000- 105,000
