About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs across the US, Canada, and Mexico in alignment with regional guidelines.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Partner with leadership to support executive compensation planning, job architecture, leveling, and career pathing.
  • Administer salary offers, job evaluations, short and long-term incentives, and salary reviews.
  • Support organizational redesigns and structure changes in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, preparing reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Leverage Workday to manage compensation processes, reporting, and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in compensation, preferably with regional or global scope.
  • Strong understanding of North American compensation principles, market pricing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven expertise in organizational design and executive compensation.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Workday.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience navigating the labor markets in Mexico and Canada.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience working within a global matrix environment.
