About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs across the US, Canada, and Mexico in alignment with regional guidelines.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Partner with leadership to support executive compensation planning, job architecture, leveling, and career pathing.
- Administer salary offers, job evaluations, short and long-term incentives, and salary reviews.
- Support organizational redesigns and structure changes in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, preparing reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Leverage Workday to manage compensation processes, reporting, and data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in compensation, preferably with regional or global scope.
- Strong understanding of North American compensation principles, market pricing, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven expertise in organizational design and executive compensation.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Workday.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience navigating the labor markets in Mexico and Canada.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience working within a global matrix environment.
