Regional Community Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff to ensure compliance with company policies and performance expectations
• Oversee daily property operations and manage budgets, revenue, and expenditures to meet financial goals
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Ensure strict adherence to Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies
• Oversee risk management, including preventative maintenance, insurance compliance, and capital improvement recommendations
• Foster strong resident and vendor relationships to enhance community engagement

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• At least 3 years of on-site multifamily property management experience overseeing 5+ properties
• Proven experience managing A to A+ class luxury high-rise, mid-rise, or comparable residential communities
• 3+ years of team management or supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license, operational vehicle, and valid automobile insurance for regular regional travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in real estate, property management, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, or CAM
