About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Territory Sales Managers to boost productivity and market products effectively.
  • Develop market analysis and strategic action plans for commercial accounts to ensure regional growth.
  • Collaborate with Divisional Commercial Sales Managers and Store Operations leadership to execute zone initiatives.
  • Partner with HR to recruit, hire, and onboard new Territory Sales Managers and manage performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing commercial customers while identifying and penetrating new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market data to create customer development plans aimed at driving profitable commercial sales.
  • Ensure compliance with safety practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe driving procedures.
  • Resolve commercial customer concerns to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience.
  • Strong financial acumen, including understanding of financial statements and planning.
  • High integrity and strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel at least 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
