Regional Commercial Performance & Insights Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor SEAO commercial performance at a regular cadence, delivering analysis to surface meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain dashboards and conduct diagnostics to derive forward-looking insights that inform strategic recommendations across markets.
• Partner with market Commercial teams to prepare comprehensive business performance reports from a regional lens.
• Support regional Commercial leaders in business reviews and the preparation of high-standard presentation materials.
• Coordinate the consolidation of budget and latest estimate (LE) exercises, including retail KPIs and client equations.
• Lead the planning and facilitation of regional performance community engagements, such as workshops and seminars.
• Manage regional commercial projects from end-to-end, including retail deep dives and segmentation studies.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in commercial roles with proven capabilities in retail analytics or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to work across markets in a regional or matrix environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings with clarity and confidence.
• Ability to connect analytical findings to business context and strategic implications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the luxury or premium retail sector.
• Hands-on experience with dashboards and proficiency in Looker.
