Regional Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project budgets and costs to prevent overruns
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment
• Develop strategies for cost optimization and maximizing profitability
• Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and contractual obligations
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay competitive
• Establish sales targets and oversee the development of bids and proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks

Requirements

• University qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development or marketing
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• High level of self-motivation and the ability to use initiative
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required
