Regional Commercial Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue, distribution, and market share goals for the North & East India cluster.
• Provide comprehensive data and analytics support to frontline teams, serving as the primary point of contact for insights.
• Develop robust growth strategies encompassing brand/portfolio, channel/retail environment, and distribution strategies using internal and external data (e.g., AC Nielsen).
• Build and execute a strong activity calendar in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers, Trade & Shopper Marketing, and Brand teams.
• Manage BTL spend plans, including the conceptualization of schemes, trade promotions, and display programs.
• Effectively run Retail and Wholesale dedication programs within the cluster.

Requirements

• MBA from a premier B-School.
• 6-8 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
• Minimum of 18 months of experience as an Area Sales Manager handling General Trade or Wholesale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Trade Marketing at either a Regional or National level.
