Regional Commerce Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Retail Media and eCommerce campaigns under regional guidelines
• Assist in the operational configuration of campaigns on Retail Media and eRetail platforms
• Control and monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure efficiency and goal achievement
• Execute basic operational adjustments and guided optimizations
• Monitor regional and local campaign performance and consolidate reports focused on business KPIs
• Collaborate with local teams, planners, and accounts to ensure efficient information flow
• Maintain updated campaign logs, learnings, and optimizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Administration, or related fields
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Retail Media, eCommerce, Performance Media, or Sponsored Ads
• Basic experience in campaign monitoring, pacing control, and budget management
• Practical knowledge of Retail Media and/or eCommerce platforms
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Intermediate English (reading and basic communication in a regional context)
• Analytical capacity and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in media agencies
• Knowledge of eCommerce and Retail Media KPIs
• Experience interacting with multiple LATAM markets
• Interest in automation, data, and process improvement
