Regional Coach

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable workshops in person or virtually to support skill development, management cycles, and business activities
• Coach select District Managers through branch visits to improve execution of the Behavior Framework and affluent/small business priorities
• Identify performance opportunities and align with Regional Executives to implement actions that boost branch success
• Serve as a lead resource and consultant for Regional Executives and District Managers regarding management routines and performance evaluations
• Support the rollout of customer and employee-facing pilots by collecting feedback and evaluating effectiveness

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time to support the Carolina West Region
• Reliable transportation for regular branch and market visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of bank branch operations and P&L/scorecard metrics
• Proven ability to coach and influence across multiple levels to drive behavior change
• Expert knowledge of the Behavior Framework and Management Cycle
• Exceptional presentation and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
