Regional Coach

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable workshops in person or virtually to support skill development, management cycles, and business growth activities.
• Provide targeted coaching to select District Managers to improve execution of the Behavior Framework and management routines.
• Conduct branch visits to identify performance opportunities and align with Regional Executives and District Managers.
• Serve as a lead resource and consultant for executing partner referrals, affluent activities, and small business priorities.
• Support the rollout of customer and employee-facing pilots by collecting feedback and evaluating effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of bank branch operations and P&L/scorecard metrics.
• Proven ability to coach and influence stakeholders across multiple levels without direct authority.
• Expert knowledge of the Behavior Framework and Management Cycle.
• Exceptional presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
