Regional Clinic Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinic staff and resources to maintain operational excellence, including quality of care and customer experience.
• Mentor and coach Clinic Assistant Managers and staff to achieve improvement goals and professional development.
• Build a clinic culture focused on quality, safety, operational efficiency, and brand immersion.
• Audit key performance indicators such as Net Promoter Scores, financial metrics, and clinical metrics to develop action plans.
• Manage staff lifecycle activities including recruitment, training, scheduling, and discipline.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding operational models and patient care quality.
• Maintain technical expertise in patient registration, financial responsibilities, and referral processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (2 years of relevant experience may be substituted for 1 year of education).
• Minimum of four (4) years of management experience in a healthcare clinic setting or related service.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
