About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate and deploy regional channel management plans to maximize commercial relationships with key selling partners.
  • Drive net-new incremental sales by aligning partner sales resources with internal sales resources.
  • Identify, prospect, recruit, and onboard new partners to distribute products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing escalations and resolving sales conflicts.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to ensure partners leverage all available assets and training.
  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market plans for each partner in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate partner account records and lead registration within the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a regional or global indirect channel sales or channel management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a sell-through environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM pipeline management.
  • Ability to travel 30%+ within the assigned territory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of the commodities and energy industry.
  • Experience articulating complex product information to sophisticated sales teams and customers.
