Responsibilities
- Leverage existing networks to drive new opportunities with top-tier CX partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TSB/TSDs to drive engagement
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic CX partners
- Provide training, support, and resources to ensure partners can position and sell GoContact solutions
- Collaborate with partners on customer opportunities from discovery through close
- Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic plans to leadership
- Travel as needed to meet with partners and customers face-to-face (estimated 40%-50% travel)
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the channel sales ecosystem
- Established relationships with channel partners such as TSBs, VARs, MSPs, and independent agents
- Expert-level understanding of Contact Center (CCaaS) and Unified Communications (UCaaS) solutions
- Ability to work independently and drive results without heavy supervision
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Access to reliable personal transportation for regional travel
- Willingness to travel 40–50% for events, trainings, and field visits
