Regional CDL Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws
• Transport loads safely and in a timely manner over required routes
• Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas
• Assist with loading and unloading goods and materials
• Maintain signed invoices, bills of lading, and required paperwork
• Facilitate routine service on trucks and report maintenance malfunctions
• Arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimum loading patterns

Requirements

• Class A CDL or appropriate chauffeur's license for vehicle weight
• Pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical
• At least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab and frequent travel required
• Safety-sensitive position contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen
