Regional Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market share for dental practice management solutions
• Identify and close sales with new clients while proposing suitable products, services, and upgrades
• Manage the sales pipeline by conducting cold calling, mailing, and following up on leads and referrals
• Maintain and update all prospect interactions, values, and expected close dates within the CRM
• Negotiate pricing with prospective customers and ensure all relevant paperwork and orders are completed
• Represent the business at industry events, tradeshows, and Business Insight Seminars
• Build strategic relationships with key Henry Schein representatives and managers within the territory
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and develop effective counter-measures

Requirements

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience
• Tertiary education or equivalent professional work experience
• Proficiency in CRM management and lead generation
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively to meet monthly targets
• Willingness to work standard business hours with occasional additional hours as required
