Regional Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and business performance within the assigned Northeast territory
• Act as the primary contact for distribution and channel management teams to identify prospective business
• Conduct business development activities to support company strategy and increase market penetration
• Develop and present customer-specific presentations to influence new and existing account opportunities
• Analyze sales and market data to implement strategies for growing sales volume and market share
• Forecast distributor programs, budgets, and sales volumes
• Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and pricing teams to achieve business objectives
• Travel domestically up to 60% of the time to manage accounts and strategic national accounts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in sales and/or operations management
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel domestically 60% of the time
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing
• Experience in the HVAC, construction, or industrial sectors
• Proven track record of success in a sales role with demonstrated growth
• Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data for various audiences
• Ability to work with speed and a bias for action
