About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow Sonihull’s business in China by working with Alfa Laval’s regional sales companies
- Develop and execute action plans to generate profitable opportunities
- Support regional sales teams with technical expertise, quotations, and pricing proposals
- Act as the regional application and process expert for Sonihull
- Manage and develop key accounts and long-term customer relationships
- Provide training and coaching to sales colleagues, customers, and partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Represent Sonihull at regional conferences and industry exhibitions
- Contribute market insights to inform product development
Requirements
- University degree in business management or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development
- Experience within industrial or maritime sectors
- Proven track record of driving growth through sales collaboration
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills
- Fluent Mandarin
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
