Regional Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales by preparing beat plans, allocating targets, and monitoring secondary sales
• Manage demand generation through sales activities, CMEs, camps, and BTL promotional activities
• Oversee demand fulfillment by forecasting, managing stockists/CFAs, and ensuring supply chain efficiency
• Lead and develop Territory Business Managers (TBMs) through training, supervision, and performance reviews
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stockists within the region
• Ensure strict adherence to Abbott’s Code of Business Conduct, compliance, and regulatory norms
• Manage the regional sales operating budget and optimize inventory to reduce expiry

Requirements

• Graduation degree is required; an MBA or PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the vaccine business
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven experience handling brand launches and subsequent product stages
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in the local language of the Lucknow region and proficiency in English
• Strong planning, operational, and problem-solving skills
