Responsibilities
- Drive overall business performance and profitability for the assigned cluster
- Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders, corporate clients, and hospital administrators
- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and efficient inventory management
- Lead, mentor, and monitor sales teams to achieve aggressive business growth targets
- Coordinate between the cluster team, Head Office, and National Reference Laboratory
- Manage people-related issues to ensure high engagement and low attrition
