Regional Business Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent to drive Lean and Six Sigma activities to eliminate waste and create value.
• Deploy Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the organization to achieve sustainable results.
• Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques to initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, and cost reductions.
• Create and validate processes and standards based on standard work and best practices.
• Conduct Industrial Engineering, Lean, and Six Sigma training to accelerate a continuous improvement culture.
• Perform assessments of operations, supply chain, and office processes to identify and close gaps.
• Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities.
• Drive the deployment of identified best practices (Yokoten) across the segment.

Requirements

• 5 years of related experience in business excellence or continuous improvement.
• Engineering Degree (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Proven manufacturing experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Strong management skills and technical experience across Finance, HR, Materials, and Operations.
• Ability to guide direct projects based on business initiatives and customer needs.
