Regional AV Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field technicians within a specific geography
• Provide guidance on day-to-day installation activities to ensure EOS standards are met
• Implement training programs to address ongoing team development and compliance
• Support the PMO team in selecting field resources for successful project delivery
• Manage area quality goals, action plans, and cost improvement strategies
• Participate in the hiring process for new field resources
• Provide ongoing informal and formal performance feedback to identify and develop talent

Requirements

• Experience leading teams of AV Technicians
• 5 years of experience installing Audio Visual hardware on large-scale projects
• Ability to read and understand technical plans
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer interaction and professionalism
• Strong organization and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience configuring hardware such as Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Extron, Cisco, Poly, Logitech, Zoom, Neat, or Shure
• AVIXA CTS Certification (with plans for CTS-I)
• OSHA 30 Certificate
• SST Certificate (for New York Region)
• Experience working on large-scale GC-led projects
