Regional Associate HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with campus leadership and regional directors to align people strategies with business objectives
• Support talent management, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies
• Collect and analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
• Drive change management initiatives and prepare internal communications
• Conduct regular site visits to Bay Area academy locations to support local campus needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of HR Business Partnership experience, preferably in a regional or multi-site role
• Working knowledge of HR compliance, employment regulations, and organizational development
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and consulting skills
• Ability to reside in or relocate to the South Bay to support regional campuses
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in education, EdTech, or mission-driven organizations
• Knowledge of the Bay Area education landscape and local talent market
• Demonstrated success leading change management through organizational transitions
