About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary ticketing contact for assigned venue locations
  • Partner with Box Office Managers on training, scheduling, and supervision of personnel
  • Manage nightly operations including ticket sales, reporting, and scanning
  • Build and maintain events within ticketing software and manage ticket inventory
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and talent teams to process orders and release tickets
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, perform safe reconciliations, and prepare deposits
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues proactively
  • Monitor ticketing software and hardware to report and resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in box office or ticketing management
  • Hands-on experience in live event operations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cash handling and financial reporting
  • Strong leadership, management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Ticketmaster systems (Host, Archtics, AccountManager, or TM1 suite)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational abilities, including multitasking and time management
  • Professional communication skills and email etiquette
