Regional Asset Protection Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all Asset Protection functions within the assigned market to achieve maximum shrink prevention.
• Execute programs to prevent inventory and controllable losses across 30 locations within 2-3 districts.
• Implement programs to detect and resolve internal and external theft, including Organized Retail Crime (ORC).
• Provide AP training and educational coaching for store leadership and associates.
• Conduct procedural auditing and special assessments to uncover losses.
• Ensure effective utilization of physical security controls to improve inventory shortage and associate safety.
• Initiate and manage internal investigations and implement prosecution or restitution procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-8 years of retail loss prevention or asset protection experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience managing multi-store locations.
• Expertise in the W-Z interviewing method.
• Advanced knowledge of security systems technology and exception-based reporting (POS and inventory).
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
• Possession of and ability to maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
