Regional Area Director

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage client relationships to drive loyalty, profitability, and long-term retention
• Oversee a team of community and general managers to ensure exceptional customer service
• Supervise property operations and ensure standardized practices are in place
• Participate in the hiring, training, and evaluation of key site positions
• Evaluate monthly financial statements and oversee routine reporting to ownership
• Develop annual business plans, operating budgets, and capital improvement projects
• Resolve resident issues that cannot be managed at the site level
• Participate in due diligence for new acquisitions and oversee property dispositions
• Monitor income and operating expenses to meet budgetary goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management with multi-site responsibilities
• Experience at the Property Manager or Area Director level
• Ability to travel 50% – 65% of the time
• Working knowledge of property management software
• Strong supervisory and people skills
• Excellent understanding of accounting practices and financial analysis
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Bachelor's degree
