About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute and sustain standardized clinical workflows and care delivery models across assigned primary care ambulatory practices.
  • Provide combined oversight of Clinical Leaders in partnership with Practice Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical competencies, education, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Practice Directors to support operational performance, staffing deployment, and access goals.
  • Monitor clinical quality, safety, and risk indicators at the practice level.
  • Identify clinical variation and improvement opportunities, providing feedback to leadership.
  • Support change management and the frontline adoption of system-wide initiatives.
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching to Clinical Leaders to align with established clinical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college.
  • Current New Hampshire Board of Nursing RN licensure.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR/AED certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in nursing.
  • Minimum of three years of progressive clinical leadership experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting.
  • Experience coaching and developing clinical teams across multiple sites.
  • Proven ability to partner with operational leaders to optimize staffing and practice performance.
  • Experience with clinical education and process improvement initiatives.
