Regional Admissions Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve student enrolment targets across Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar through effective recruitment and conversion activities
• Develop and manage relationships with agents, high school counsellors, and alumni networks
• Identify new business opportunities to expand regional market presence
• Organise and participate in enrolment events, exhibitions, and student recruitment activities
• Deliver seminars, workshops, and conversion campaigns to engage prospective students
• Train and onboard agents and counsellors to ensure alignment with brand values and standards
• Enhance brand awareness and ensure consistency across all promotional materials
• Support regional marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and content
• Maintain accurate reporting and manage student records within Salesforce
• Provide high-quality counselling to students and parents throughout the admissions journey

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Significant experience in a commercial role within the higher education sector
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Fluent English with business proficiency in Thai
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the hospitality sector or working with premium brands
