Responsibilities
- Drive regional business growth and account performance by expanding product availability and visibility.
- Develop and execute annual promotional plans that align company priorities with customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at regional and local levels.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure alignment with annual business plans.
- Use sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and conduct strategic business reviews.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to ensure successful execution of brand programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and key account management experience with a proven track record.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel 60-70%.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG or broadline industries is preferred.
