Regional Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Identify, negotiate, and seal sales deals within the assigned region
• Spearhead business development and pre-sales initiatives using industry and technical knowledge
• Build and maintain value-driven, multi-tiered relationships with enterprise clients
• Collaborate with Channel, Marketing, and delivery teams to optimize opportunities and ensure business continuity
• Manage the account and opportunity management process to ensure seamless alignment across internal teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional selling experience
• Proven track record of success selling to enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees)
• Expertise in solution selling multi-product software and hardware solutions
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence contract terms and pricing
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, changing work environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
