About the role
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify, negotiate, and seal sales deals within the assigned region
- Spearhead business development and pre-sales initiatives using industry and technical knowledge
- Build and maintain value-driven, multi-tiered relationships with enterprise clients
- Collaborate with Channel, Marketing, and delivery teams to optimize opportunities and ensure business continuity
- Manage the account and opportunity management process to ensure seamless alignment across internal teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional selling experience
- Proven track record of success selling to enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees)
- Expertise in solution selling multi-product software and hardware solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence contract terms and pricing
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, changing work environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
