About the role
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify, negotiate, and seal sales deals within the assigned DACH region
- Spearhead business development and pre-sales initiatives
- Translate client goals and challenges into potential solution deals
- Build and maintain value-driven relationships with enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Professional Services to achieve quotas
- Oversee account and opportunity management processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional selling experience
- Proven track record of sales to enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees)
- Experience in cybersecurity or regional security sales is a plus
- Ability to solution sell multi-product software and hardware solutions
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, changing work environment
