Regional Account Manager - Flexcare

Responsibilities

• Generate new referrals and develop successful sales plans within designated therapeutic territories to expand infusion therapy utilization
• Educate physicians and referring staff on the clinical benefits of Flexcare/Infuseable Care services
• Regularly call on individuals, groups, and institutional accounts to build professional relationships
• Develop and implement territory plans that prioritize activities to accomplish short and long-term goals
• Utilize CRM daily to document call activity and customer progress in the selling cycle
• Drive market share growth and maximize sales performance within approved patient groups

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of specialty sales experience calling on specialty physician groups (e.g., specialty pharmacy, ambulatory infusion clinic, or pharmaceutical)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Spotio
