About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver key revenue targets (NSV & GP) as determined by the country financial plan
- Implement commercial plans and customer programs specific to On-Trade customers
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to influence brand positioning
- Define Top Wholesaler Account Plans, including integrated activation and performance tracking
- Identify and execute strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance and value creation in the region
- Optimize promotional plans through the implementation of ROI strategies
- Provide accurate demand forecasting to the Supply Chain team
- Ensure effective implementation of company pricing and commercial policies
Requirements
- Wholesaler sales experience or experience as a Business Manager
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- First-hand field sales experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and independent work skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to work onsite in the Andalusia and Murcia regions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the On-Trade channel
- Proven ability to manage complex wholesaler relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on premium portfolio growth
