About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver key revenue targets (NSV & GP) as determined by the country financial plan
  • Implement commercial plans and customer programs specific to On-Trade customers
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to influence brand positioning
  • Define Top Wholesaler Account Plans, including integrated activation and performance tracking
  • Identify and execute strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance and value creation in the region
  • Optimize promotional plans through the implementation of ROI strategies
  • Provide accurate demand forecasting to the Supply Chain team
  • Ensure effective implementation of company pricing and commercial policies

Requirements

  • Wholesaler sales experience or experience as a Business Manager
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • First-hand field sales experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and independent work skills
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work onsite in the Andalusia and Murcia regions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the On-Trade channel
  • Proven ability to manage complex wholesaler relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on premium portfolio growth
