About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire SMB/MM Business-sized accounts within assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly new logo sales quota
- Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products to existing customers to meet and exceed SMB/MM Business monthly cross sale and expansion sales quota
- Build and maintain a pipeline of SMB/MM business opportunities through various prospecting methods and product demos
- Follow up on new and existing customer SDR, marketing and channel leads to generate revenue opportunities
- Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products to educate customers on improving their human firewall
- Understand organization buying needs, decision makers, and roadblocks to shorten sales cycles
- Act strategically in offering subscription levels, multi-year deals, and negotiating pricing to increase ARR
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce
- Collaborate with Channel sales representatives to close new logos through Partner business channels
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists to increase account commitment and product use
- Support the renewal process where there is an opportunity to grow the account
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience selling to SMB/MM-sized businesses
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Stats driven business professional
- Motivated, energetic self-starter
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent
- Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers
